Course Length:  3 Classes, 2 hours each
Prerequisites:  Familiar with Windows Operating System
 
Overview
Publisher is a personal desktop publishing software program that can be used to create newsletters, brochures, greeting cards, stationery, banners, and many other items.
 
Course Outline and Objectives
The class is presented with hands-on activities and handouts.  By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  • Open, close, and save a publisher file
  • Use the Catalog and Wizards to create publications
  • Use Design Sets
  • Navigate through a publication
  • Insert graph8ics and format text in a publication
