DESCRIPTION:
The
Commercial Shrink Wrap class is designed to introduce students to the art
of successfully preparing items for both short and long-term
storage. Each student will master the art of sealing the product at
hand and acquire knowledge to ensure its safety.
This
course reviews the specific needs of different items to be stored with
special attention to drainage, ventilation, and accessibility.
Troubleshooting and structural compensation techniques ensure short and
long-term storage success.
The class
length is six hours taught in three-hour sessions. However, this may
be adjusted to meet the needs and time constraints of a particular
group. The student may wish to enter the shrink-wrapping industry. |
